Estas son algunas de las espectaculares imágenes finalistas del concurso Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2019

Como ya sabréis, el Wildlife Photographer of the Year, organizado por el Museo de Historia Natural de Londres, es uno de los certámenes internacionales de fotografía de naturaleza más importantes del mundo. Por ello, la competición siempre nos ofrece fotografías que llaman poderosamente la atención. Ahora, a falta de que se fallen los premios definitivos, desde la organización nos ofrecen un adelanto con algunos de los finalistas.

Se trata de quince imágenes deslumbrantes seleccionada entre la mejor fotografía de naturaleza del mundo. En concreto, este año dicen haber recibido más de 48 mil participaciones de profesionales y aficionados de 100 países distintos. Entre ellos, como no, España, que el año pasado se hizo con nueve galardones.

Este año, de momento, tenemos dos españoles entre este primer adelanto de fotos finalistas, con una imagen de Eduardo del Álamo (arriba) y otra de Carlos Pérez Naval (abajo), que en 2018 consiguió el título de Joven Fotógrafo del Año de Fauna Salvaje en categoría de 11 a 14 años.

El fallo definitivo del concurso será el próximo 15 de octubre, y la tradicional exposición en el Museo de Historia Natural de Londres abrirá sus puertas el día 18. Será entonces el momento de conocer quién es el mejor fotógrafo de naturaleza del año; de momento, nos quedamos con este adelanto:
